[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Handset problem urgent action required | |||||
Dear team, I had bought yu mobile details attached phone last year thru online. Within over a year the handset has been defaulted and has stopped working. This happened three time, initially there was a heating and battery problem, being this redone, there has now been more issues with the handset and does not happen to resolve. Every time i have face new problems with this handset, and very much annoyed with this handset. It is not even a year, and the phone is getting serviced. Now, when the phone is in servicing again – the phone does not detect the memory card and has the problem again. Because of all this i cannot attend my calls and its really troublesome to get it serviced all the time. I am seriously frustrated and you need to sort this out immediately. I want one time solution to this. Hope this is clear. The handset is still under warranty Awaiting for your reply and actions to solve it.
