I purchased YU Yureka Plus mobile on[protected] and deliver on[protected] from Gadgets now website (Times internet limited invoice no- TIL/16-17/DEL/GN/5951). After one to five days o[censored]sage the phone Display flickering and heating issues. Then next i went to call yu customer care and visit service center and gave the phone, They said first the problem is on Software issue and generated the Job sheet and told to wait for 4 days for repair, after 4 days I want They told me and given my phone then I am checking my phone the display issue and the heating issue is not resolve then I am complaint again so she tell me and receive the phone and give me a new jobs ID number then tell me your phone display is changed and the problem is resolved in 21 working days then after 21 working days he given my mobile and then I am check the mobile in the service centre the display issue is not resolve the same problem. So I am again complaint and take the phone and generate a new job sheet id and he tells me it now change my mobile motherboard and wait 10 working days.
