Yu Televentures — Mobile defect not getting rectified | |||||
Hi, i had submitted my mobile to br services lajpat nagar for repairs on february 18, 2016. Till today i have not got my mobile defect rectified. I was told that the mobile has been replaced by the company and a new product has been sent as a replacement. When collected after struggling hard for a month to get the mobile, it had a bad motherboard which was detected immediately and mobile was returned on the spot. Again after waiting for a month, i get a call again that a new product has been received again and i need to collect it. It still had a bad motherboard. It has been more than 75 days that the product has been with them. I spoke to the representative today and was informed that the problem cannot be rectified and now the product is not in warranty so all liability is on me. I want to know that when the defective mobile has not been picked and i still have the original job sheet with me, how can he say that the liability is on me when the mobile has been submitted when it was in warranty.
