Yu Televentures — Mobile not detecting SIM, Main PC failed | |||||
Suddenly the mobile was not detecting the sim card. Took it to single service center in Mysore, I was told to wait for 2 hrs as its software will be updated. After 1.5 hrs the technical person told that sorry its main pc board has problem so it will go to company for repair. Now opening of main pc board means total opening of mobile, In such cases the company should give replacement of product. Now since more than 15 days no information is coming. I am still awaiting for replacement which was discussed during call with customer care representative. IMEI No [protected] Warranty no.
