Yu Televentures — Mobile Not Repaired - Now its been 1 and 1/2 months still customer support keeps giving me one week period

My Yuphoria phone was submitted by me to the authorised service center and they sent the mobile to the company to repair or replace.

Now after 1 and 1/2 month customer care is still not providing me any details about it and they just keep giving me 1 week period. This is disgusting.
They are not even giving my Mobile back as it is. Nor they are giving me Refund.
