[Resolved]  Yu Televentures — My yunique yu4711 handset not repair or replace after 25th day under warranty period

I am totaly unsatisfied with this service i am submited my yunique 4711 handset 25th day ago but today when i call yu customer care they tell me that they not repair or replase my handset and they will soon return it. My handset under warrenty period only 2-3 months .What is this? My jobsheet no[protected]-22629844
This type of service i am not expect to this company

Very very bad exprience with this company

If possiable solve my issu.
