Due to broken display issue i called YU customer care on Nov 9 2015. They said i need to pay Rs. 2999 and i agreed to pay also. Current device which i'm having is second replacement, this had some issues so there was a existing ay bill number generated. YU said they will cancel the existing way bill and generate a new way bill fro pickup of broken device and after picking one more way bill for replacement device.
I'm still waiting for way bill generation for my display broken device pick up. Below are some of tickets created

I've been calling from begining.Till now i didn't get any response. first two weeks i use to cal once in 3 days they gave deadline of 3 days. but from last Monday i'm calling everyday your response is we will escalate it and resolve it today only but till now no response. If you unable to support please do response in mail, i'll take it forward in consumer court. don't make me wait till i die to get way bill generation for display broken issue. Being a mobile company it's shame from your end saying from last 2 weeks due to some technical issue you were unable to generate way bill no.
Your intention is like extending the time line and make customer suffering.
Till now no response from the customer Support. I Deeply regret in buying the this phone
since issue is with YU side and i paid for the phone along with warranty so they hav eto componsate these days taken with warranty period extension or some other possible means.
