I have Submitted My Handset on 29 Feb 2016 for battery not charging.

vide Job sheet no :W[protected]

Till date I have not received my handset back .

Calling on YU care Peoples are fooling us saying that your handset will receive in 10 working days, Seven working day ??

I very disappointed that no one had Genuine reason . This only battery not charging complaint have to wait more then month??

Hope some one will give reason for delay and when will get or send my handset back will get repair outside
