Yu Televentures — Phone not serviced by yu and now harassing in consumer court via their lawyer

I submitted my phone to service center it had issue with speaker, 1st "micromax" sent me replacement unit in 15 days not "yu". And it was also defective piece as sim slot 1 is not working, and after many calls and emails they did not send me replacement unit. After 2 months i filed case in consumer court against "micromax" (As defective piece was sent by micromax), now their lawyer is harassing me.

what is the relation between micromax and YU?
why address of YU and micromax are same?
