Yu Televentures — RE: Replacement of the product | |||||
I have bought the phone in August 2015 and has a 1year warranty YU Yuphoria ORDER#:JH[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] waybill generated on 20th jan Its almost 37 days completed but the replacement was not done by YU televentures. I have contacted them many times, they are giving fake promises and saying wait for 15days. They saying the same reason since from 37 days. I have disappointed with their behaviour in delaying the dispatch. So you are also comes under this issue because, you are selling the fake products and suffering the customers like me. If you go through Customer reviews of YU TELEVENTURES, there you will find lot of customers suffering with their mobiles brought from Yu TELEVENTURES. Why you people are encouraging the YU Televentures? They are providing fake products and Fake promises. I called them today for the status of my product. so after scolding them, they told my waybill number has been canceled because the company policy has been changed recently and they are not ready to listen. I am telling them that if the company has issued a waybill for replacement it should do that.But the customer care executive is dening to that, and saying they cant do anything.
