I bought a power bank of 10000mah from yu named yujuice.but i faced charging issues.so the product was in warranty i returned the product and it was received by yu on 23 dec 2015.they asked my bank details which i provide to them.
after wait month i asked them the status they said it is process.after 90 day i was irritated and asked the full detail.now they said your bank details are not similar to ur bill.so i said ok.dont provide me the refund.just return the power bank new to me.they denied they will not.as it is not in there policy.
