On 23\09\17 i received my new handset yunicorn5530 with 10days replacement policy.
But on 11th day it started heating very much while charging and while receiving calls.
Same problem continued.
I approached customer service for replacement but they suggested to visit nearby service centre. The guys from service centre told me to repair instead of replacement.
It has been just 12 days after receiving my mobile and from now only i am facing heating problem. Such a new mobile facing immense heating issue states that quality of product which i have received is not up to the mark.
Reparing is ok if i has been using mobile since 1or 2yr.
But newly purchased mobile facing problem and suggested me for repairing is not appropriate and clearly states that it's defective and without proper testing.
Request your urgent intervention in this issue as i am not asking for refund but only for replacement. Was this information helpful? |
