I have registered for replacement of my phone on 26/11/2015 but till date i have not received any kind of replacement. the waybill no. for replacement is[protected] and for earphone is[protected] which i received on 28/11 according to their policy i have waited for 12 days for delivery but till now they haven't delivered. I am contacting them daily but they give just an excuse that there's an technical problem in system but i don't think so cause the company like them can't afford a problem for such a long duration and i even can provide you the emails in which you can see all the fake promises by them.
