[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Selling of defective product | |||||
I have got yu yureka note 3 months back. They do sell all defective products and hats off to their poor customer service. Within 3 months my phone had touch issues and they advised me to change the touch panel, which would take 15 long days. When i contacted yu support they told me the phone gets dispatched to noida and then the issue gets resolved. If this is the condition of their service then they should sell their product only in that particular place. Harrasment is their motto. Was this information helpful? | |||||
