I have submitted my phone on 13th dec, 2016 and the ensured that they will return within 1week. Then after one week they have not solved my problem. And create new problem in my cell phone. Then they have created a new job sheet no and not given a 7 days time period to me. In this we can ensure that service center staff is not working properly and irresponsible person. Here we can also see the customers cheating from micromax service center. Now its 1st january, 2017. Still i am waiting for my mobile. While calling to the office they are not responding. I saw their notice board.in that its mentioned ' if you have any complaint contact to any person.' but he is not responding as well as not attending the call. Once he attended the call after calling half an hour. Then his reaction was very vulgar to me. Please do take necessary action as soon possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
