Sir, I have facing a problem in my Headphones and Data cable from last 3 months. I have first contact the company care at 1/09/2015 from that day they are providing me falls information . And now on 6th of November they have provided me the job sheet number for only data cable and told me that I will receive my new data cable within 15 days but still I have not receive anything from them and now I have contact YU then they are saying that data cable is still in their wherhouse .. They are not providing me the tracking no.. Plzz hlp me . Thanks in anticipation.
