Having purchased YU mobile, it has lost its touch sensitivity. Being in warranty period, I registered my complaint with YU customer care approximately more than 03 months ago, but to no avail. Every time when I call them I get a usual reply that you will get a call soon from our technical side, but this has not happened till date. I am afraid that warranty period of my mobile will lapse till they consider my complaint.
