I sent my handset(Yuphoria) to the company Yu Televentures on 25 nov. 2015 for replacment . They said me that i'll receive my handset in 15 days on behalf of paying rs.2299/- . I called them after 10 days to know the status but didn't got any satisfactory reply they just told me to wait for some days.
I again called after 3 days but got the same reply. Again after some days i mailed them to know the status but they just sent the computer formatted email to wait for some more time.
I kept calling them continuously for 1 month and they kept ignoring me saying that there is a technical issue.
I was in Rajasthan at that time, i was studying in institute and they completed syllabus on 26th december and i had to return to bihar .
i called them and said that i need my handset as soon as possible as i have to go to my hometown but they said that there is a technical issue and didnt sent my phone.
then on 1st jan 2016 i boarded train for bihar and after reaching my hometown i called them and said not to send my handset on my previous address but they said that the waybill no. has been generated and it cant be cancelled . They said that i can cancel receiving on the previous address.
I didnt got any reply/notification/calls anything afterward.
I tried calling YU but the number was not in use.
i again tried calling YU but the number was still not reachable.
I have been trying their number till now but it says that the no. does not exist.
I mailed yu about their bad customer support and asked for their working contact no. but they sent me the same contact no which was not reachable..
I am afraid i've been cheated by YU televentures.

I want a new Yu Yuphoria not the replacement set as i cant trust the build quality of replacement set.
I wont pay a single rupee as i've already taken much loss being without mobile.
I want the company(YU televentures) to pay for the loss i've taken during the 2 months without my mobile and for the money i spent on sending mails and calling from cyber cafe/another mobile.
