In my yuphoria the touch is not working and there are dots around the whole screen i had already informed to the care but they always ask me to wait
its been long time the phone is dying day by day, now i am not able to use a phone without touch is of no use, and also the warranty will get expired very soon. help me out regarding this.
they at the time of launch said that warranty will be entertained from door to door, but now they don't even bother to take care.

I have purchased yureka and when i connect otg i can transfer files and do all other stuffs but i am unable to unmount otg as it is not shown in the settings-storage part. Otg works well but is not shown.
