I have purchased a yureka mobile model no. Ao5510 on 30 april 2015. The phone is under warranty. While using, it suddenly got switched off. Since then, i have tried a lot to switch it on but all efforts went in vain. I submitted the phone at the service centre on 29 feb, 2016. I was promised that the problem will be solved in maximum 15-20 days. It has been over 30 days now. The service centre doesn't give any satisfactory reply. I am calling them every alternate day. It is sheer case of customer harassment. I am very disappointed and helpless. The status on the yureka website (Jobstatus.Yuplaygod.com) says it will take another 21 days to resolve the issue. Till now i did not get any response regarding my issue
after that i have called them 2 time more but they are not giving any satisfactory response.
Now they promised me 4 or 5 day more but it has been also over.
