I was Submit my yureka plus (YU5510A) for software update at Plot No 3, 100 Feet Road, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad - 121004, Near Agarsen Chowk, Chawla Colony. My phone was working perfectly they said that in your phone hardware problem and it will send back to company for repairing and return after a week. After a week i was called to customer care to know about phone status they says after 5 days you got phone and continue 5 day excuse till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
