I had purchased yu yuphoria on android (Buffed steel) yu5010a mobile online through amazon on 5 oct 2015.
After some days i started facing issues like
1) call waiting not working.
2) heating of phone
3) earphone socket not working properly
4) only 99% of battery gets full.
After repeatedly contacting the customer care for help, they then asked me to submit the moble to the nearest micromax service center. The customer care told me that i will get a replacement as per the warrenty. I submitted the mobile to the service center on 3/11/2015. I received back my mobile in jan 2016. After receiving the mobile from the service center i found out that it was not replaced but the same mobile was converted to yu yuphoria cynogen yu5010 model and given back to me. I again contacted the customer care who assured me that i will definately get a replacement. But now its being 6 months and they still have not given me a replacement.
I now do not want any replacement but my money back as even if they give a replacement i won't get any service.
Attached is the amazon invoice and the service center job sheet where i had submitted the mobile. I have deleted my name and mobile number as it was suggested not to post in the tool tip. I also have recorded calls in which i have been told by the customer care that i will get my replaced device within a week. The customer care number to which i was calling is [protected].
