[Resolved]  Yu Yureka — Yu yureka micromax worst service

Hi Sir,

I have purchased YU Yureka phone and since last 3 months, i'm facing many issues in it, for the same i have visited the service center 4-5 times and they have created multiple job sheets but still there is no solution of the problem, please find below the job sheet numbers and problem corresponding to them :

1. Job Sheet Num : N[protected]
- created on 10 May
- problem : phone is not booting up and not charging
- i have received the phone on 23 May and still problem the same phone is not charging
- I spent around 2 Hour @ service center and then a new job sheet created
2. Job Sheet Num : N[protected] :
- created on 23 May
- problem : phone is not charging
- i have received the phone on 13 June and still phone is not charging.
- After spending 2-3 hours and lot of discussion/analysis, somehow they manage it charging got started but a new problem is induced.
- Wifi and Bluetooth is not working, there is no mac id and ip address available in phone and phone is rebooting again and again.
- again i spend 2-3 hours in service center and a new job sheet is created.
3. Job Sheet Num : N[protected] :
- created on 13 June
- Problem : wifi and bluetooth not working and phone is re-booting again and again
- i have received the phone yesterday on 25 June.
- it was already charged around 10%
- i have verified as much as i can and in doing all this it come to 2%
- when i came back at home, it has been dis charged and since then (since yesterday), i'm trying to charge it but it's charging up.
- its the same problem which has been faced in all the job sheet and still no resolution

after that they have not created a job sheet and just given me a paper asked to wait for 1 week then again 1 week and now it has been around 2 months but still no response and they have phone with them.

it is really too frustrating, i'm really amazed to thing about :
- how these used to ask me to take back the phone if problem is not solved.
- does the people who do solve the problem, really know what are the problems.
- how does testing done, is there some terminology of that kind or not.

It's really the worst experience i had with anything. Kindly help me to get my working phone back also let me know if something is required from my side.

My yu5010 phone is switch on or power key is on, it will get whiteing, and they do not working and also it wii be get hang
