Dear sir/madam
Kindly note that i purchased a brand new yuphoria handset on 23/02/2016 from mickey mobiles, opp dolphin hotel, basti adda, jalandhar. Within first week o[censored]se, i started getting flickering display issues including blank display for which i approached my mobile dealer and he advised me to reach the yuphoria service centre named: m/s sehaj tele care, 1st floor, gulati complex, near dlf mall, nakodar chowk jalandhar. My complaint was launched online on 16/03/2016. My handset was taken by sehaj telecare and i was assured by them that i will receive a new set as a replacement within next 10 working days.
I contacted numerous times at yuphoria customer care and every time it was assured that in next few days i will receive my handset. Shockingly today i was told that my set is under repair and it might consume time and i will not receive any new set due to company policy.
I strongly wish that a needful action must be taken on this company so that consumers should not suffer any problem in future.
I need a new set as promised to me by the service centre and also a compensation for the inconvenience caused by this company.
