Yuphoria — warranty for 12 months but not any response by the company

I have purchased a mobile yuphoria company commit this phone is Micromax created a new brand called Yu in partnership with Cyanogen Inc and released a new smartphone called Yu Yuphoria in India. they give me warranty 12 months (Yu provides door step service to our customers in India. So in case you have issues with the device, you can either call or email the support). but they are not accept this phone and not give me any suitable response, please take action and give me response Regards Dilip
