Hi, Just want to inform u that I am facing problem since 2 months with my yureka phone, however still to have solution .the supports are really pathetic . I have raised mine 1st complaint on 8th November 2015 for replacing the phone however they sent damage phone and again I raised request but this time they are saying we have sent proper phone you have to change the battery so I had to raised request for battery on 18th November 2015 and same received on 30th November 2015. after inserting new battery in new phone that they have sent on 16th November I am not able to ON the phone. when I called on 1st December to yureka about this incident they were saying we would look in this and yet to receive my phone . whenever I was calling there they were continuously rambling here and there with words .I want solution a.s.a.p Was this information helpful? | |||||
