I complaint for an earphone on 13 may 2015. but i didn't received yet. my complaint no is yu131395 and i talked to mr. kishor. then after i also complained 4-5 times but every body gave me consoletion. i want to take immediate action.Yu — Nt recieved mobile

Yu Yureka — Processor heat and battery drains
I have charged mobile with full battery and it was reduced to 50% without using it. The processor area gets heat fully even though i don't use it. The battery sucks fully in 2.5 hrs.
