Yureka (Yu Mobile) — Unauthorized charges still in warranty | |||||
I've bought yureka on 1 march 2015. After 2 months there was charging issue in charging jack. So i complaint to yu care and they replaced my phone. And now i got same charging issue in replaced mobile, but now they said you have to pay rs 5999 to replace. My phone is in warranty and there is no physical damage (Tear and wear). When i said that i already replaced for same problem then they said you are replaced before 3 months and now terms and conditions has been changed. So you have charged for that. Sir plz help me.
