on 18 oct 2020 one of my transaction was failed But 469 amount has been deducted from my account, it should be refund automatically but it is not refund still now plz go through the below details and update ASAP .

Respected sir, I am pay online Electricity bill pay but transactions not success fully but my bank debit transactions my Bank of Baroda bank no a/c no [protected] dated 19.10.2020 at 13.26 pm Rs. 151.05 & on same date Rs.151.05 at. 13.27 pm. please refund this payment.
