Zaak Epayment Services — money debited from my account with out otp

I have been using mobikwik to recharge where the transaction is done through AXIS BANK NETBANKING which showing as money is sent through zaak epayment services. BUT MY AMOUNT DEBIT IN MY ACCOUNT BUT MOBILE RECHARGE NOT DONE.
