This is to inform you that my account was debited amount Rs.1771.80 on 6th July 18..1st debit was for the failed transaction which has been confirmed by IRCTC and 2nd debit was for booked ticket.The PR No for both the debits provided by bank are: PRN no: ZP56FE891A9B517 Bank has also confirmed today, that the amount is with the payment gateway company... Kindly arrange to refund the amount at the earliest else i will take the matter to Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Railways for cheating & fraud case... Was this information helpful? | |||||
