This is to inform you that my account was debited amount Rs.4201.8 on th July 18..1st debit was for the failed transaction which has been confirmed by IRCTC and amount has been deducted .The PR No for the debits provided by bank are:

PRN no: ZP56FE891A9B517

Bank has also confirmed today, that the amount is with the payment gateway company...
Kindly arrange to refund the amount at the earliest else i will take the matter to Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Railways for cheating & fraud case...
