Zaakpay.com — cancelled ticket irctc not refund

Sir,
I have made transaction using zaakpay & has cancelled the ticket. The refund amount which was initiated and completed by irctc has not yet reached to my account

Ticket details
Pnr. - [protected]
Transaction id - [protected].
Refund id - [protected].
Cancelled date - 27th april 2018.
Amount - 2785.

Please request you to refund my money of cancellation
