Zaakpay.com — cancelled tickets refund

I have booked 2 tickets on 16th october in irctc and paid 520rs through my debit card.
My tickets are not cnf so my all 2 tickets canclled on 17 october and when checked in irctc, it shows as amount was refunded on 22 october.

Refund amount: 470rs

But till today i didn't receive my money to my bank account.
I would like to complaint on this.
