Zaakpay.com — didn't get refund amount against train ticket cancellation

I haven't received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Booked my cancelled ticket on 15/02/2018 through irctc app and it's been 39 days. Transaction id [protected] and cancellation id [protected]. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is 330 rupees and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay pg instead of my bank account.
