Zaakpay.com — didn't get refund amount against train ticket cancellation | |||
I haven't received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Booked my cancelled ticket on 15/02/2018 through irctc app and it's been 39 days. Transaction id [protected] and cancellation id [protected]. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is 330 rupees and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay pg instead of my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
