Zaakpay.com — didn't get refund amount against train ticket cancellation. refund id-[protected] & [protected]
I haven't received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Booked my cancelled ticket on 23/03/2018 & 24/03/2018 through irctc app. Transaction id [[protected] & [protected]] and cancellation id [[protected] & [protected]. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is 580 & 400 rupees and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay pg instead of my bank account.
