Zaakpay.com — failed transaction refund not received

Dear sir,
Kindly find attached bank statement as proof that i have not received my failed transaction amount of 841/-.
I have booked e-ticket from irctc on 02/09/2017, but my transaction got failed & amount deducted from my bank a/c & still fund not received.
