I had made a purchase for 1000 Valorant Points for ₹800 in order to buy the new battle pass from my Paytm account via UPI. The payment was completed according to PayTM and the money has been deducted accordingly. But then I have received an email saying that the transaction has failed. The ₹800 has been debited from my bank account, but I haven't received the 1000 Valorant Points and I have gotten an email saying the transaction has been canceled. I have contacted CodaPay, they say they can't do anything. I contacted the bank, they say they can't do anything. No response from ZaakPay nor Paytm. What am I supposed to do?
