Hi,

I have cancelled my ticket in irctc. But the amount did get refund through zaakpay pg.

Please find the below details for reference,

Bank name: zaakpay pg
Transaction date: 12 aug 2018
Pnr: [protected]
Cancellation/refund id: [protected]
Refund date: 13 aug 2018

It didn't get refund till now. Can u please help to resolve the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
