Zaakpay.com — irctc rail ticket cancelled but money credited to zaakpay pg

I cancelled tickets 4 times from irctc and every time the refund amount was credited to zaakpay pg but not my bank account from where i paid the booking amounts.

Kindly make arrangements to refund back the amounts into my bank account. I'm sharing the cancellation details of the 4 transactions:
