Zaakpay.com — irctc rail ticket cancelled but money credited to zaakpay pg | |
I cancelled tickets 4 times from irctc and every time the refund amount was credited to zaakpay pg but not my bank account from where i paid the booking amounts. Kindly make arrangements to refund back the amounts into my bank account. Ticket cancellation made on irctc and as i used zaakpay ...irctc says refund procesed on 22 march but it's almost 10 days my account has not been credited...worst gateway
Please process the refund at earliest.
