[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — IRCTC Refund Credit Issue

I have cancelled an IRCTC ticket on 14 Feb 2021 holding PNR [protected],
Cancellation id [protected],
Refund Reference No. ZP5baf653e3b089, Refund amout Rs. 395.00.But the amount is still not credited to my account.
I tried to contact them but got no response. Please help me on this
