Zaakpay.com — irctc refund in sagepay but not credit in my hdfc bank account

I booked e-train ticket via irctc using zaakpay of on 9th april 2018. Due to waiting list ticket will be automatically cancel amount refund.
Irctc transactions show that ₹2025 has been refunded but my account has not been credited with the refunded money yet.
Please look into it.

Updated by Anilchd I booked e-train ticket via IRCTC using zaakpay OF on 8th April 2018. Due to waiting list ticket will be automatically cancel amount refund.
IRCTC transactions show that ₹2025 has been refunded but my account has not been credited with the refunded money yet.
Please look into it.
