I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 25 mar 2018 but transaction is failed due to not seat avilable and payment completed i have paid through cub net banking and payment gateway is irctc app says payment refunded on 26 mar 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this. I made a booking on 24 march on irctc my transaction id is [protected] and my pnr is [protected] i cancel my ticket but refund amount doesn't credit into my account. My refund amount is 440 please solve this issue as soon as possible my refund id is [protected].
