Zaakpay.com — irctc refund not credited in my account

Hello team, i had booked tiket from irctc mobile app. I didn't get refund for may cancelled ticket by irctc. Please help to resolve. Details mentioned below.

Dear team,

I am priyakant patel. I had booked ticket on irctc portal through mobile app. But this ticket cancelled by irctc as i was in waiting list and no seat available with them.in my account on irctc portal, it is showing that thy have refunded, but not credited in my account yet. Please do the needful. Details mentioned below.
