Zaakpay.com — irctc refund not credited in my bank account

I booked my ticket (Transaction id - [protected]) dated - 25 jan 2018 amout of 1195 but transaction is declined by the server and ticket are not booked and fund is deducted from my bank account. Irctc settled the amount but you are not credited kindly refund my 1195 rupee.in my account. Already eight to nine days are taken by you. Kindly do it fast
