Hi zaakpay team, 1) txn id: [[protected]] 17-feb-2018 refund id:[[protected]] 1080.0 zkpy status from irctc: refunded 19-feb-2018 This above transaction failed but amount refunded by irctc to zaakpay on 19th feb 18. I didn't receive it from zaakpay yet and its not credited to my account. Its been long time now, kindly check the status of these mentioned transaction. Hello sir, I was trying to Book ticket, But ticket was not booked but amount is deducted, when the amount will be refunded, sun 24 Feb 2018, please refund the amount as soon as possible.
irctc say refunded but note refund by you.in my debited account
