Zaakpay.com — IRCTC ticket not booked but amount debited Rs.2399.50/-

Have booked a ticket to Tirupati on Dt:-15.11.2021 but the amount is being deducted and the ticket is not booked.

Booking Id:- INB/[protected]/ZAAK epayment service.
Amount :- 2399.50/-
Date of Booking:- 15.11.2021.
Transaction ID:- [protected].

Dear Customer,

Please note that TXN [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket.Requested to please contact to your bank.
