[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — IRCTC ticket not booked but amount was deducted

My IRCTC ticket not booked but amount of RS; 1167.69/- was deducted 07248 (NS FESTVIL SPL) on 15/04/2021.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used ZAAKPAY wallet to pay and payment was successful only but ticket not booked .
