Zaakpay.com — Irctc ticket refund not received after cancellation

With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 695.0 has been processed as per below details:
Date of cancellation of E-Ticket/Date of failure of E-Ticket booking:21-Feb-2021
Refund processing date:24-Feb-2021
Refund amount:695.0
Refund reference no:ZP5bb0b365fd434
Payment Option used : Credit & Debit cards / Net Banking / Wallet (Powered by Zaakpay)

Above mail I received from irctc. But still I have not received the amount despite it has been 6-7 days. Kindly give my money back as soon as possible .
