[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — irctc train ticket refund — reg

Sir
I booked rail ticket on 12/04/2019 and the amount paid through net banking using your gate way. I cancelled the ticket on 13th april 2019. Information received from irctc that an amount of rs.4095 will be refunded. On 15th april 2019 i received another mail from irctc that the refund is proceed and in the website it is showing as refunded.
But the amount is not yet credited to my bank account
